These 30 stylishly designed apartments adapt to your lifestyle in order to cut complications out of your life while maximizing your access to the joys of urban living.  Controlled access to the building and garage provide a level of peace of mind not always found in apartment living.  Free Wireless Internet throughout the apartments gives you the freedom to stay connected while sitting by the comfort of your fireplace.  A perfect place to unwind without unraveling.

Lease Terms

Apartments at Main Place offers a six (6) to twelve (12) month lease term.  Residents may renew their lease or continue on a month-to-month basis at the end of a lease term.

Rental Deposits

The rental deposits range from $350.00 to $550.00 depending on the size of the unit.  For specifics regarding the security deposits please see the detailed chart above.

Utilities

The utilities are individually metered and are paid by the resident.  They include water & sewer, natural gas and electricity.  The garbage/recycling is a small monthly fee.

WI-FI throughout the building at no charge to residents.  Broadband or DSL connections are available.

The building is cable/internet/phone ready.  You have a choice between Comcast, Qwest or DirecTV.  See FAQ page for more details.    

Parking

The first parking space is free.  Additional parking is $75.00 per month (as available).

There is also a refundable garage remote deposit of $75.00 per vehicle.  Apartments at Main Place has one level of garage parking with controlled access.  Parking is unassigned. 

Covered guest parking is also available.  

Pets

We are a cat friendly community.  Residents are permitted a maximum of two pets. 

There is a pet deposit of $400.00 ($200.00 refundable, $200.00 non-refundable). An additional deposit of $100.00 is applied for a second pet.

Application Fee 

There is a non-refundable application fee of $35.00 per adult.
