What Apartments are Available?
Apartments listed on our website
are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Some of the floor plans may
not be available for the time period in which you wish to move. When you search
or inquire for availability on a future move-in date, we can only show you
apartments we know will be available on that day. There may be additional
apartments that match your search criteria and become available as we get closer
to a particular move-in date. The best way to inquire about current
availability is to give us a call at 425-467-6246.
How do I set up an appointment
to visit your community?
If you’d like to visit us today,
simply call 425-467-6246 or email us at the link at the top of our web pages to
set up the appointment.
What is your community’s pet
policy?
Cats are
welcome. Residents are permitted a maximum of two pets. No Dogs are
allowed.
There is a pet
deposit of $400.00 ($200.00 refundable, $200.00 non-refundable). There is an
additional refundable deposit of $100.00 for a second pet.
What is your lease policy?
The Apartments at Main Place offer between six (6) to twelve (12) month
lease terms. Residents may renew their lease or continue on a month-to-month
basis at the end of a lease term.
Does the monthly rent include
any utilities? If not, what utilities would I need to pay?
No, utilities are not included in the rent. The utilities are individually metered
and are paid by the resident. They include water & sewer, natural gas
and electricity. The garbage/recycling is a small monthly fee of
approximately $8. We will set up utilities for you upon your move-in. You are
responsible for setting up and paying for phone, internet, and cable service.
The apartments do have free Wireless Internet.
What appliances are included in
your apartments.
Each apartment home includes a
full-size washer and dryer, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator
with icemaker and water filtration, as well as a stove with self-cleaning oven.

No we do not offer this at this time.

right corner of the web page to complete an application form. Or call or email
us to request a copy emailed or faxed to you. You can also pick one up on site
at 136 – 102nd Ave NE from our leasing office.
What deposits are required?
You can find deposit information
on the Apartments at Main Place page in the pricing table. The corresponding
refundable and non-refundable portions of the deposit are listed to the right
of the floor plan and apartment size in the table. To reserve your apartment
home today all you need to do is:
1. Submit the corresponding deposit amount for the apartment
you desire.
2. Submit an application with the application fee ($35
non-refundable per adult).
3. Fill out and sign a Hold Form with our friendly leasing
staff.
